An Elie Saab Bride, a Spiral Reception, and One Stunning Beirut Wedding!
July 27 . 2025
If there’s one thing Lebanese weddings know how to do, it’s make a statement. And this Beirut celebration delivered exactly that, blending couture fashion, dramatic design, and high-energy entertainment into a wedding that felt less like an event and more like a full experience.
Some weddings begin with a ceremony. This one started with couture. The bride’s morning started with a little bit of sparkle already hinted at the level of detail this celebration was about to deliver. And speaking of iconic, the gown was none other than Elie Saab. Gold embroidery, intricate beading, and that unmistakable couture glow instantly made it clear: this was not just a dress moment, it was the dress moment. The craftsmanship, the sparkle, the drama, everything about it felt unapologetically bridal in the most luxurious way.
But the couture details didn’t stop at the gown. From the crystal-covered bouquet to the embroidered ring pillow, every element seemed to whisper the same thing: when you do it, do it properly, do it extra. Even the bride’s jewelry followed the golden theme, tying everything together into one flawless bridal aesthetic.
Then came a detail we absolutely love: the groom had custom heels created especially for the bride. Waiting inside a sleek box, the pair added a personal (and very stylish) touch to the morning preparations. Because honestly, when the groom is involved in the fashion details too, you already know the wedding is going to be good. And when the bride finally wore the gown? Let’s just say the energy shifted instantly. The golden embroidery added incredible texture to the gown, the silhouette fit her perfectly, and it instantly set the tone for a wedding that was all about glamour. Now let’s talk about the ceremony setting.
Inside a historic church, the aisle was completely transformed with cascading greenery, soft white blooms, and rows of glowing candles stacked on elegant shelves along both sides..The kind of ceremony entrance that instantly makes everyone reach for their phones. When guests arrived at the reception, they were welcomed into a space that felt more like an architectural installation than a traditional wedding setup.
Built almost entirely from scratch, the venue was transformed into a dramatic circular layout where design, geometry, and movement played a key role. Long curved tables wrapped around a central water feature, creating a spiral-like arrangement that naturally drew the eye inward and allowed every guest to feel part of the celebration. The palette remained intentionally monochromatic in warm golden tones, but the richness came from the layering of details: transparent amber chairs, elegant table settings, soft floral compositions, and hundreds of glowing candles placed throughout the space.
At the heart of the design, sculptural bowls and floating islands of greenery rose from the water. Around the perimeter, vertical architectural panels framed the venue and were topped with delicate florals that softened the structure while maintaining the modern aesthetic. Every table carried its own refined composition of florals, fruits, and textures, while a small golden bird placed on each plate added a subtle yet meaningful detail that tied back to the bride’s gown. Overlooking it all stood the towering wedding cake, designed almost like a miniature building with intricate arches and textures, becoming a centerpiece within the already impressive setting.
As the night went on, the energy shifted from elegant dinner to full celebration mode. The atmosphere quickly turned electric as live performances took over the stage, keeping guests on their feet throughout the evening. Confetti bursts, dramatic lighting, and high-energy vibes created a party atmosphere that carried late into the night. And just when guests thought the celebration couldn’t get any better, the couple introduced a thoughtful final touch: customized after-party fuel boxes waiting for everyone as the night continued. Packed and ready to go, they were the perfect send-off detail!
